Supporting ADHD individuals in the workplace

Improve staff wellbeing, increase productivity, reduce burnout and turnover, and build an inclusive workplace culture where people can thrive.

I support organisations to better understand and support ADHD and neurodivergent employees through ADHD-informed coaching, training, and consultancy that benefits both individuals and the wider business.

Why ADHD awareness and support matters at work

Many organisations genuinely want to support their neurodivergent employees. Most leaders and managers care deeply about wellbeing and performance, and often ask, “What can I do to help?”

The challenge is that this question can unintentionally place the burden on the ADHD employee to explain how ADHD affects them and to know what support would help, when they may not fully understand this themselves.

Without lived experience or ADHD-specific training, it can be difficult for managers to recognise how ADHD is impacting an employee’s focus, energy, communication, or confidence, even when performance concerns start to show. Strengths such as creativity, problem-solving, and innovation can easily be overshadowed by overwhelm, burnout, or time pressure.

That’s where ADHD-informed support makes a real difference.

By building understanding and awareness across leadership and people managers, organisations create a foundation of psychological safety. Employees are more likely to speak openly, managers feel more confident having supportive conversations, and adjustments become proactive rather than reactive.

My work supports individuals directly, while also helping organisations develop the understanding, curiosity, and inclusive culture that allows ADHD employees to perform well, feel valued, and thrive at work.

“Working with Lauren has been genuinely transformative.

Before coaching, I felt overwhelmed by all the noise around ADHD and was constantly chasing different tactics, but Lauren helped me cut through that and focus on what actually works for my brain. She took the time to understand my personality, my challenges, and the way my life fits together, and that made such a difference.

Her approach is collaborative and gentle. She gives me options, helps me talk them through, and supports me in choosing the tools that genuinely suit me, rather than telling me what I ‘should’ do.

Having that mix of accountability, structure, and professional guidance has helped me manage my time, energy, and commitments in a way I never could with planners or systems alone.

Lauren has helped me make my neuro-spicy brain work for me, and I recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed or unsure where to start.”

"Lauren has taught me self awareness and self compassion"

Lauren has helped me look at things in a different way, learn ways to make life easier for myself and stop beating myself up when I didn’t achieve the unrealistic daily goals I always set myself!

The two biggest things Lauren has taught me is self awareness and self compassion, and she has done that in the kindest and most understanding way. Thank you Lauren!”

"I’ve finally ticked off several things off my ever long to do list"

Working with Lauren has been a pleasure. The sessions really helped me keep on track when overwhelm kicked in and I would usually begin to step away, but knowing I had an upcoming session really enabled me to keep going in a productive way.

The sessions were professional, but relaxed and enjoyable. I’ve finally ticked off several things off my ever long to do list that I really don’t think I’d have done without Lauren’s support.

I highly recommend working with Lauren to support you to support yourself moving forward
